(1). What is your lead time?
We are one of few companies whose factory is in production year round, which enables us to keep our lead time at around 2 weeks or less for regular orders.

(2). What kind of vinyl do you use?
We us 18.5 oz, fire retardant, lead free, UV resistant and water proof vinyl.

(3).How long do your inflatables last?
If taken care of properly, our inflatables will easily last 6-8 years.

(4).What is your warranty?
We offer a 3 year seam-to-seam warranty on all of our products; including water units! Once you receive our products, should you encounter an issue with your seams coming apart within the first 6 months, we will pay for the shipping of your inflatable from you, back to us for repair and from us, back to you. From 6 months and up to 1 year we will cover 1 way of the freight for repair on your products and for the remainder of your warranty we will cover the repair or replacement.

(5). Can your inflatables be customized?
Absolutely! We have made custom products for film and television and we have also customized plenty of our products for Indoor Amusement Centers, also known as FECs.

(6). What do you charge for custom designed units?
We don’t charge anything for our custom design services. In fact, in most instances, you wouldn’t pay any more for a custom inflatable, than you would for something we already have the design template for.

(7). What are your terms of sale?
All sales are final there are no refunds available once the merchandise has shipped; only exchange in the event of a manufacturers defect. Order cancellations made prior to shipping are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

(8). What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, Master Card, Discover & American Express. You can also pay by Cashiers Check, Money Order, Direct Deposit and Wire Transfer.
